  • I do not hold any licenses or certifications. I have a degree in cultural anthropology and sociology, and have intensely self educated in psychology and mental health. Although I am am careful not to work above my pay grade, there is inherent risk in working with coaches or educators who do not have institutional training.

I ask that clients who have received a diagnosis for mental health conditions like CPTSD and agoraphobia work with a licensed therapist alongside our Holistic Housekeeping process. Sometimes a client’s support needs fall outside the scope of my professional capacity.

I will say that many of my clients are therapists themselves, and they have affirmed that I am operating according to standard ethical guidelines and have done an excellent job self educating, for whatever that’s worth! I do not claim to be a therapist and would never want to style myself as a life coach. I’m an educator and a domestic support specialist.

  • It is helpful to lay out empty boxes and trash bags beforehand. We use Post-It Notes and markers to label piles. I also encourage clients to prepare tea and snacks, because it’s easy to forget bodily needs while we work (we also take breaks). Otherwise, you do not need to do anything to prepare your space. We can do that together. I have seen it all and this is a shame-free, judgement-free space.

  • I would have to tell you my entire life story to answer this question, but the short version is that I started a home organization business but then quickly discovered that most people did not need baskets and bins, they needed social and emotional support. I was already immersed in the world of death midwifery, somatics, ritual practice, and sacred sexuality, and I was obsessed with mental health support and learning how housekeeping could support my neurodivergent tendencies…so I just kinda connected the dots, worked with hundreds of people for thousands of hours, and started noticing patterns. The rest is history.
