Welcome to my online home.
I am a hearthcraft practitioner and Holistic Housekeeping educator with a background in cultural anthropology, psychology, and sociology. I write and teach about housekeeping as a relationship skill, facet of mental healthcare, and grounded spiritual practice.
I offer an alternative pathway to sacred domesticity. My work is equal parts science and spirit, and I connect best with divergent thinkers and mystic misfits. I promote systemically aware self help in a spiritual scene that often places too much emphasis on individuals, and not enough emphasis on locating our struggles in the socio-cultural context within which we reside.
My articles and essays focus on a broad range of topics related to home life (everything from ADHD housekeeping to existential homemaking to dense intellectual analysis of domestic trends), often with an emphasis on the unlikely love story between fantasy and reality.

I write self help books about housekeeping, and essays about existential dread.
These topics have more in common than you might think.
