In these weekly Cleaning Co-Regulation Calls, we will transform chores into a social experience, sacred practice, and time of introspection and reflection. We’ll spend the first half of our call in a guided kitchen cleaning and dish washing ritual, and the second half of our call folding our laundry together while we receive a nonreligious “sermon” on the monthly theme and engage in connecting conversations about the struggles and possibilities of domestic life.
